As the exploration and journey continues into this new decade, many wishes to each of you for abundance in all things good - health, laughter, prosperity, equanimity, and LOVE to mention a few! 

Although it is certainly good to pause and reflect on what's gone by, the birth of Spring brings with it an opportunity to look forward toward what lies ahead.  As the beauty of Spring blossoms nourish the eyes, it's a great time to check in with yourself listening with mindfulness and metta (compassion) to how your body can be nourished.  Spring is a great season to cleanse your body and your living space - establish healthier lifestyle habits or simply dust out the winter cobwebs.  Find time to detox, recharge and restore after the hibernation winter often brings with it.   Check out the 'workshops' page for information on where you can enjoy cleansing, nurturing and rejuvenating workshops like two or 3 hour Restorative Yoga classes!  You could also try out Thai Yoga Massage!  It is another great way to restore balance, maintain good health and reconnect with the natural healing powers of your own body.
 

As this exciting road into 2010 continues, may we each follow the path of change life brings with it and invite in the next step with an open heart.  As new opportunities for growth, learning and connection continue, I hope to share and exchange this energy -  in loving kindness or metta - with you.
