I am anticipating the launch of a new site soon and in the meantime, I will be posting some exciting news here about upcoming events and workshops! This is a year of positive growth, development and forward motion. I am so very excited to see where these paths will take me as I strive to maintain equanimity, balance and truth along the journey.
Summer has arrived and it can be such a fantastic season! It brings the golden warmth of the sun which allows us to get outside, shed the layers of clothing, go barefoot in our shoes (or go barefoot through the grass!), sit on patios and dine alfresco, go for picnics, wear groovy sunglasses, flash giant smiles at random strangers and generally feel more alive! Grab the opportunity to revive and thrive during these summer months! Enjoy some down time and take good care of yourself - move into what I like to call 'extreme personal care' mode and book time into your summer just for you! You deserve it! Through the summer and into the remainder of 2014 there will be many chances to nourish body, mind and spirit with Metta Movement. Take a look at the 'workshops' page and learn more about deliciously surrendering into relaxation during two or three hour Restorative Yoga workshops. These workshops often have thai yoga massage incorporated into them so you leave feeling like you've done yoga AND had a massage! You'll be surprised how very fast time passes during these classes!
