Restorative Yoga Workshop
3 to 6 pm

Relax your body, restore your energy, rejuvenate your spirit and clear space within surrendering to each new moment! This will be an small group class wherein you will move your body through a series of restorative poses mindfully led by Tracey. In each pose, you are fully supported by the use of props to help you rest deeply and allow you to draw into a greater sense of calm. Every student will receive some Thai Yoga Massage style assists to help deepen the experience of surrender and release more fully into each restorative.
Class size is limited to *12 people only* so sign up early to secure your spot!

Yoga Based Birthing Prep Workshop for Couples
Breathe Yoga Studio

Saturday from 5:30 to 7:30pm
Sunday from 1:45 to 3:45pm
$80 +gst/couple
This four hour workshop is designed to help the pregnant woman's birthing partner get more comfortable with the approaching event while providing tools to help manage mom-to-be's common discomforts throughout the birthing event.
We will cover a number of topics including:
* poses/postures and how to prop in them for more comfort
* breathing and toning (sounding) options
* massage techniques to alleviate common discomfort or areas of tension
* review the stages of the birthing event and how to support effectively through them
