Whether you want to learn to share with your loved ones, embark on a new career path or add to the toolbox of services you already provide, join us! Embrace this offering to enhance your knowledge base, develop new skills and discover this highly effective and spiritually-based bodywork modality. In order to attend Mat Essentials 2.0, the completion of Mat Essentials 1.0 is required. If on the Certification stream, it is highly recommended that at least 1/2 of the practicum's required massages have been completed if possible. _________ MAT ESSENTIALS 2.0 Course = 30 contact hours Course Duration = 4 days total (2 formats available - 4 days sequentially or over 2 weekends) _________ Certification Stream Requirements: Course Completion = 30 contact hours + Practicum = 22 practice massages (90 min each) = 33 hours + Supervision = one 2 hr 1:1 supervision = 2 contact hours TOTAL: 32 contact hrs + 33 practicum hrs = 65 hours _________ It's be a challenging few year for many of us whose work and livelihood have taken a direct hit from forced closures. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an in-person Thai Massage or private yoga session booking, please advise within 24 hours of your appointment time or the full charge will be incurred. Our time is valuable and so is yours. Thai Massage training and workshop fees are non-refundable yet fully transferable to another individual (as long as that individual is eligible for the applicable training) or funds can be deferred and used for another equally priced course on the course calendar.
