The world needs Restorative Yoga and Thai Massage more now than ever before! Among the enormous benefits these practices individually have, they both serve to calm the nervous system and ease the effects of anxiety. Together they are a magical combination. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an in-person Thai Massage or private yoga session booking, please advise within 24 hours of your appointment time or the full charge will be incurred. Our time is valuable and so is yours. Thai Massage training and workshop fees are non-refundable yet fully transferable to another individual (as long as that individual is eligible for the applicable training) or funds can be deferred and used for another equally priced course on the course calendar.
