The world needs Restorative Yoga and Thai Massage more now than ever before! If you're a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher with successful completion of a recognized Restorative Yoga training. this RestoraTHAI Training will provide new ways to level up your Restorative offerings. This addition to restorative yoga classes enhances deep relaxation and the combined benefits of these traditions promote a broad spectrum of wellness. Introducing RestoraTHAI to your students will be a game changer. ** If you are certified Yoga Teacher with Restorative Yoga Training, please CONTACT TRACEY at Metta Movement Arts before registering. Email the following information about your previous Restorative Training. Please include: a) where you took the training, b) who led the restorative training, c) the amount of hours Restorative Yoga Training included This information is simply to give Tracey an idea of where everyone will be starting from for the Restorative integration portion of the training. This is a 16 hour training. The actual weekend of training is 12 hours plus a 4 hour required practicum. It includes: 6 hours of Basic Thai Massage training followed by 6 hours of Integration into the Restorative class setting. The Practicum requirement is attending a two hour RestoraTHAI class led by Tracey then attending another two hour RestoraTHAI class to observe and assist. Given this module deals with Thai Massage touch techniques, please be aware that means Thai Massage will be learned and exchanged - as in being both the giver and receiver - through the weekend. Please arrive understanding this is a requirement for the training. Wellness Investment: $368 +$47.84 hst NB: If you are planning to take all 3 Modules, please know there is a savings per module.
