ANNUAL ONLINE PROGRAM 
 

A Commitment to Daily Practice: 21 days for 21 minutes 

This is an annual live AND self guided online program that occurs each year in the winter months. It is a 21 day commitment to a 21 minute practice (sadhana). 

In 2024, this program will involve a daily commitment to:

 

  • 6 minutes of MOVEMENT + one BREATHing exercise (pranayama)

  • 15 minutes of MEDITATION

 

Daily practice is self guided with program check-ins, questions and activities to support you. And, we will meet online for community practice and Q&A twice weekly throughout the Commitment.
